Justin has been working in the health, wellbeing, fitness, and performance space for over 20 years, having become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA in 2004. Throughout his career, Justin has gained experience in various areas of health, including cardiac rehabilitation, owning and operating a high-performance training facility, executive health management and coaching, musculoskeletal injury prevention and management, and occupational health and rehabilitation.
Justin has a young family, and together they enjoy holidaying in Japan, chasing endless powder days during the Christmas and New Year periods!
